Every evening I work through a series of poses to unwind from the day and I finish the series with my favorite pose, Halasana (Plow Pose). The name Halasana comes from the form of the pose which looks like an Indian plow. The plow carries symbolic meaning in traditional Chinese, Indian, and Tibetan stories.
